Business Operations Manager (Exp: 5 - 8 Years)

A hands-on operator who works closely with the CEO/COO to drive Operations, client delivery, and business growth. This role requires someone who can switch between strategy and execution, solve problems on the go, and take ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive CEO priorities to execution, acting as a hands-on problem solver and central coordinator across teams
2. Define and track KPIs, analyse performance, and establish governance and ensure operational discipline
3. Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery and proactively manage client issues, escalations, and satisfaction
4. Oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement
5. Help build a sales team and support business growth through client acquisition and account expansion

Skills & Requirements:

1. 5 to 8 years of work experience
2. Proven experience in operations and client management within the IT/ software industry, with a foundation in delivery, project management, or development.
3. Hands-on, highly proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while driving outcomes
4. Demonstrates ownership, speed, and strong problem-solving ability
