Marketing & Sales Growth Executive ( Field Marketing)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Growth Executive with 1+ year of experience in Marketing or Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling field marketing activities, meeting clients directly, and contributing to business growth through active sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies
• Plan and perform field marketing activities to generate leads and promote services
• Visit clients directly, present company services, and build strong customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth
• Coordinate and support field sales and on-ground promotional activities
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve sales performance
• Generate creative campaign ideas to increase brand visibility and lead generation
• Contribute to overall business development and revenue growth

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Field Marketing
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Strong understanding of field marketing, direct sales, and customer engagement
• Ability to meet clients directly and handle on-ground marketing activities
• Creative thinking with a strategic and growth-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel and perform field work
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in achieving sales goals
• Immediate joiners preferred

Qualification:
• Any degree (preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field)
• Candidates with relevant certifications in Marketing or Sales will have an added advantage
