Jr.Business Development Trainee

Armia Systems Pvt Ltd. Located @ Kochi Infopark is inviting Junior Business Development Trainees who
will support the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

JOB SPECIFICATION

● Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends. (Job portals such as LinkedIn, F6S, Founderlist, Indiehackers, Reddit, etc)
● Compile and maintain databases of potential clients and leads.
● Generating new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking events.
● Qualify leads based on the criteria provided by the senior business development team.
● Scheduling meetings and appointments with prospective clients.
● Generate and follow up on all opportunities, forwarding them to the Manager.
● Be able to adopt and adhere to the company's processes.
● Update CRM (HubSpot) databases with relevant information.
● Preparing weekly and monthly BD reports.
● Exceptional written &; communications skills
● Extremely reliable and detail-oriented personality
● Ability to work under pressure and target of quota and adapt to a changing environment
● Ability to follow up on all inbound and outbound prospects by phone, email, and
social media.
● Ability to work individually and in a team.
● Candidates should possess decent written and verbal communication skills, along with a basic understanding of online business concepts.
● Have to work overlapping shift
