Position Overview-
We are seeking a strategic and technically grounded Project Manager to lead the lifecycle of our Digital Health Platforms. This role is pivotal in driving our "One Health" initiatives across a diverse global footprint spanning ASEAN, Africa, CIS, and South America.
You will be responsible for bridging the gap between healthcare requirements and robust digital solutions, ensuring that our applications are designed, developed, and deployed to provide seamless value to users across multiple continents.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the design, development, Quality Assurance (QA), and global deployment of digital health applications. There is a full team currently working.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for overseas stakeholders, requiring a good command of English and the ability to navigate diverse cultural business environments.

Agile Governance: Implement and manage project workflows using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana) to maintain transparency and meet aggressive timelines.

Resource Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, UX designers, and regional marketing leads to ensure product-market fit in various geographies.

Strategic Reporting: Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and resource allocation reports directly to the Head of Digital.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Approximately 8 years in project management.

Communication: Good command of written and spoken English, tailored for international communication.

PM Toolkit: Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies and expert-level familiarity with modern project management software.

Global Mindset: Ability to manage projects across different time zones and a willingness to travel if required to international sites. This requirement is not frequent or regular.

Preferred "Plus" Qualifications:
Technical Literacy: A background in active coding or a strong "coding habit" that allows for deep empathy and communication with the development team.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in basic data analytics to track app performance, user engagement, and health outcomes.

Cybersecurity & Compliance: Experience leading or participating in security audits and accreditations (e.g., ISO 27001, HIPAA, or regional data privacy standards).

AI Integration: Familiarity with AI tools, specifically agentic workflows, to optimize project management tasks and internal digital health processes.
