Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Placement Officer/ Head of Placements role based in Kochi. As a Placement Officer/ Head of Placements, you will coordinate campus placement activities, engage with students for career counselling, and establish relationships with recruiters. You will also conduct training sessions to prepare students for interviews and facilitate smooth integration into professional roles. Your responsibilities will include creating strong connections between industry requirements and student capabilities.

Mandatory Requirement
1. Relevant experience working in colleges/universities or as a Placement Officer is mandatory

Skills & Competencies
1. Proven ability to build and maintain strong industry networks
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (students & corporate partners)
3. Experience organizing placement drives, industry talks, workshops, and career fairs
4. Good understanding of job market trends and employer expectations
5. Ability to maintain placement data and generate reports
6. Capable of multitasking and handling peak placement cycles efficiently
