Product Support Engineer
We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to handle backend operations and provide functional and technical support for our booking platform. The role focuses on maintaining system stability, troubleshooting issues, and supporting day-to-day application operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability
• Handle L1/L2 support tickets and resolve issues within defined timelines
• Perform basic data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL
• Identify and resolve functional and technical issues in the application
• Support deployment and release activities
• Assist in managing cloud-based application environments
• Provide support through ticketing systems and email communication
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Manage user access and basic IT operational tasks
• Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in Application Support / Production Support
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of application workflows and backend systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with guidance
• Good communication skills for client and internal coordination
