Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT & Digital Sales (Domestic)

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive domestic sales of our Digital Marketing and E-commerce Development services across the Kerala market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business leads across Kerala through cold calling, field visits, networking events, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of SMEs, startups, retailers, educational institutions, healthcare providers, and local brands in Kerala
• Pitch and sell Digital Marketing services such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, influencer marketing, and performance marketing.
• Sell E-commerce Development services including Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and custom-built online stores, along with marketplace onboarding (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho).
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations — both in-person and virtual.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client business needs.
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to the project delivery team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Participate in sales reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, IT services, SaaS, or advertising agencies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Email Marketing, Analytics) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Flipkart).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is a plus).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience selling digital marketing or website/e-commerce services in the Kerala SME market.
• Existing network of business owners, retailers, or marketing decision-makers in Kerala.
