UX Feature Designer (Social Gaming / Social Casino)

We are looking for a UX Feature Designer who can design complete player-facing features from concept through wireframes and flow documentation for a live social gaming product.
This role focuses on structuring feature UX inside an existing game, including entry points, navigation, progression states, and interaction flows. The ideal candidate understands how new mechanics integrate with current systems such as promotions, missions, rewards, and events. Strong candidates combine UX flow ownership + wireframing expertise + practical UI layout skills to support rapid feature development.

Key Responsibilities
Feature UX Design
Design end-to-end UX flows for new game features
Define how features surface within the existing game ecosystem
Map player journeys across lobby, promotions, missions, rewards, and events
Identify all required screens, states, and transitions
Ensure UX consistency across existing and new features
Wireframes & Interaction Flows
Create structured wireframes for feature experiences
Document navigation logic and interaction behavior
Define hierarchy, player attention flow, and engagement moments
Anticipate edge cases and alternate states
PRD Support
Work closely with Product Managers to shape feature UX
Translate feature concepts into visual flows and screen structures
Contribute wireframes and diagrams to feature documentation
Support Engineering and Art with implementation clarity
UI Layout Support (Bonus Strength)
Create mid-fidelity UI mockups where needed
Help visualize layouts before final art production
Use Figma and AI-assisted tools to communicate UI intent clearly
Required Skills
3–5 years UX design experience in games or interactive products
Strong wireframing and flow-mapping ability (Figma preferred)
Experience designing multi-screen feature experiences
Ability to integrate features into existing products (not only new apps)
Strong collaboration with Product, Art, and Engineering teams
Clear documentation and communication skills
