Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Human Resource Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions for a fast-growing organization. This role demands a strong blend of strategic HR leadership and hands-on execution, with close collaboration with business leaders to drive talent, culture, performance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Business Partnering
Partner with leadership and functional heads to align HR initiatives with business goals
Support workforce planning, organizational design, and capability development
Act as a trusted advisor on people management, performance, and organizational culture
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Own and drive recruitment strategy across lateral and campus hiring
Improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate experience
Work with business leaders on headcount planning and resource forecasting
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding, confirmations, internal movements, and separations
Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience across the lifecycle
Design retention strategies to minimize unwanted attrition
Performance & Talent Management
Lead performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and appraisals
Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement, and development planning
Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning initiatives
Employee Engagement & Culture
Design and execute employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
Handle employee relations, grievances, and sensitive workplace matters
Promote an inclusive, high-performance, and values-driven culture
HR Operations & Policies
Ensure smooth execution of HR operations with accuracy and consistency
Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave governance
Compliance & Legal
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory regulations
Manage audits, statutory documentation, and regulatory requirements
Advise leadership on HR risk management and compliance matters
HR Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, productivity, and utilization
Present insights and dashboards to leadership for data-driven decisions
Leverage people analytics to improve HR effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
8–15 years of progressive HR experience
Prior experience in IT / GCC / Services / Product-led environments preferred

In-depth understanding of HR operations and people processes
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
Proven experience handling employee relations and sensitive issues
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance

Preferred Experience
Experience supporting multi-location or distributed teams
Exposure to scaling organizations or GCC setups
Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, and people analytics tools
