Business Development Intern

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or post‑graduates who want to build a career in Sales and Business Development. The intern will support sales initiatives through company research, lead generation, market analysis, and close collaboration with the sales leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
Company and Market Research

Conduct detailed research on target companies to identify potential business opportunities
Analyze organizational structures, leadership hierarchies, and decision‑makers
Track industry trends, annual reports, news articles, and press releases relevant to the company’s services

Cold Outreach and Prospect Engagement

Reach out to prospects through cold emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach
Initiate conversations and create interest in company offerings
Maintain follow‑ups and initial engagement with leads

Contact Discovery and Lead Sourcing

Use tools such as Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms
Identify, verify, and document accurate contact details including email IDs and phone numbers
Maintain organized and updated lead databases

Lead Management and Collaboration

Work closely with Business Development Executives and Sales Managers
Assist in lead nurturing and pipeline support
Support business growth initiatives through team collaboration
