The Presales will manage the first layer of client engagement—qualifying leads, initiating conversations, understanding client requirements, and preparing them for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Qualification & Outreach
- Make outbound calls to leads.
- Qualify prospects based on BANT.
- Maintain high call volume and follow-ups.
2. Requirement Gathering
- Conduct initial discovery for branding, website, app, and marketing requirements.
- Document client needs clearly.
3. Pipeline Management
- Update CRM with accurate logs.
- Ensure zero lead leakage.
4. Appointment Setting
- Schedule meetings for CRO.
- Prepare clients for meetings.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with sales team to refine qualification.
- Submit daily EOD activity reports.
- Review lead quality patterns.
Performance KPIs
- Daily call volume: 60–100 (Domestic) / 30–50 (International)
- Lead qualification rate
- Meeting conversion rate
- CRM discipline
- Monthly opportunities created
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and persuasion.
- Understanding of digital services.
- High EQ and rapport-building.
- CRM proficiency.
- Fluency in English + Malayalam/Hindi.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in telesales or presales. - Experience in IT / digital services preferred.
