Technical Delivery Manager
We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with 4+ years of experience to support the successful delivery of software development projects and client engagements. The role requires a strong understanding of software development processes and the ability to discuss technical solutions with clients while aligning them with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and support the delivery of software development projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
2. Work closely with clients and internal technical teams to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery.
3. Translate business requirements into clear tasks for development teams.
4. Coordinate with development, QA, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
4. Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and solution conversations.
6. Track delivery progress and identify potential risks or blockers.
7. Ensure solutions delivered align with the agreed scope and client expectations.
8. Provide regular delivery updates and reports to stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements:
1. Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
2. Ability to understand technical discussions and communicate solutions with clients from a business perspective.
3. Experience working with software development teams in an IT services environment.
4. Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Familiarity with Agile or similar development methodologies.
6. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
