Job Summary
• Koncepts Lab is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing initiatives.
• This role is ideal for freshers who have completed a digital marketing course and are eager to start their career in the digital marketing industry.
• The candidate will work on social media strategy, influencer collaborations, social media management, and paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy
• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Support the creation of monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
• Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.

Influencer Marketing Coordination
• Identify and connect with relevant influencers and content creators.
• Coordinate campaign deliverables such as reels, posts, and stories.
• Track influencer campaign timelines and performance.

Social Media Management
• Manage and maintain brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule posts, reels, and stories as per the content calendar.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.

Social Media Advertising
• Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize where required.
• Prepare basic performance reports.

Requirements
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates who have completed a Digital Marketing course will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new digital marketing tools and trends.

Preferred Skills
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Social Media Advertising.
• Understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn marketing.
• Basic content planning and campaign coordination skills.
