Business Analyst - BFSI
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications to support the development and implementation of software solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure that business needs are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
Candidates should have 3–4 years of experience in a relevant role. Experience in the BFSI and Asset Management will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
● Interacting with various stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
● Scoping and defining the business requirement.
● Preparation of Documents like BRD, SRS etc. with process flow diagrams, User interfaces.
● Conducting Gap analysis and documentation.
● Management of Project Management tools for monitoring and reporting to higher authorities.
● Discussion of the Functional Solution and Wireframes to the end users and Technical Team.
● Analysis and design of banking solutions.
Required work experience:
• Experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or Loan Management Systems (LMS) is mandatory.
• Experience in Mortgage, Gold Loan, or other collateral-based lending applications will be an added advantage
• Ability to independently interact with business stakeholders and customers to gather, analyse, and clarify business requirements.
• Proven experience in conducting requirement discussions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs with business users.
• Strong capability to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation for development teams.
• Hands-on experience in preparing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Gap Analysis documents.
• Experience in UAT coordination, requirement validation, and obtaining business sign-offs.
• Exposure to financial and banking solution design and development, with a good understanding of domain processes and system capabilities.
• Proficiency in using project management, requirement management, and UI design tools.
• Exposure to Asset Management systems covering secured and unsecured loans and advances will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively bridge business and technology teams.
