Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing software team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting software solutions to potential customers. This role requires a strong understanding of IT/software services, sales strategies, and client engagement to drive business growth and expand the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
• Identify and generate new business opportunities for software development and IT services.
• Research potential clients through online platforms, networking, and industry events.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and potential clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and present relevant software solutions.
• Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
3. Sales & Conversion
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure successful client onboarding.
4. Market Research & Strategy
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Identify new opportunities for software services and digital solutions.
• Support the development of business development and marketing strategies.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with technical and marketing teams to align client requirements with project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, leads, and revenue generation.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Software/ IT, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in IT/Software industry.
• Good understanding of software development services and IT solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into clients.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead generation platforms.
Preferred Candidate
• Experience in international client handling and global markets.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales platforms.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
