HR Intern
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations. After successful completion of the 6-month internship, candidates will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time role based on performance and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
2.Support HR team in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
3.Help in onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
4.Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR databases.
5.Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
6.Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
Requirements:
1.Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office.
4.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
