KOGLAND is a start-up offering a B2B online marketplace platform connecting medical consumable & devices distributors and manufacturers with healthcare providers i.e., hospitals, clinics, etc. We are a healthcare provider's preferred one-stop online surgical store for all their medical & healthcare supply requirements.
Skill Set
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficient in English, Hindi, and any South Indian local language.
-Excellent active listening and interpersonal abilities.
-Skilled in using CRM software and related tools.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other activities.
-Customer Engagement: Responding to inbound inquiries, building rapport with prospects, and understanding their needs.
-Sales Execution: Guiding leads through the entire sales cycle, including handling objections and closing deals.
-CRM Management: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
-Collaboration: Working with Marketing, Operations , Procurement, and other sales team members to improve strategies and achieve goals.
-Reporting: Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, such as calls made, leads generated, and quotas met.
