Role Requirements:
Sr. Systems Engineer
Experience: 5–7 years in a system administration or hosting support role
Skill Level: L3-level troubleshooting and escalation handling
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as the role involves direct interaction with customers, including handling support calls and chat when needed
Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with cPanel
Proficiency in Linux command line operations, with root-level access
Experience in performing website and server migrations via command line
Ability to identify and resolve post-migration issues effectively
Solid troubleshooting experience with WordPress and Magento
Familiarity with Plesk is a plus
