Creative Director
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive innovative brand communication across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in creative strategy, team leadership, client relationship management, and operational oversight. This role requires someone who can translate brand goals into compelling creative outputs while ensuring high-quality delivery and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
Lead the overall creative vision and strategy for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital content.
Oversee concept development, art direction, visualization, and design execution across multiple projects.
Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, social media, and marketing assets.
Drive innovative creative solutions aligned with business objectives.
Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of designers, visualizers, and creative professionals.
Conduct creative reviews and ensure high-quality output from the team.
Support hiring, training, and development of creative talent.
Manage workload allocation and ensure timely project delivery.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and business goals.
Present creative concepts, campaign ideas, and design strategies to clients.
Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction with creative deliverables.
Operations & Project Management
Oversee creative project workflows and ensure efficient execution.
Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver campaigns successfully.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Art Direction, Concept Development, Branding, and Visual Communication.
Experience handling client relationships, team management, and creative operations.
Strong understanding of market trends, branding strategy, and digital marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of digital design, video editing, and animation workflows.
Preferred Background
Experience working in advertising agencies and in-house creative teams.
Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and digital creatives.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
Diploma / Certification in Design, Multimedia, or Visual Communication is an added advantage.
