Sr UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can create intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly designs for web applications, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
The designer will work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Stakeholders to translate functional requirements and wireframes into high-quality UI designs and interactive prototypes.
The role requires strong design thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver consistent and modern user experiences across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

-UI & Experience Design
Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Translate business requirements and BA wireframes into polished UI designs.
Ensure consistency in layout, typography, colors, and design patterns across applications.

-Prototyping & Design Validation
Create interactive prototypes and mockups using Figma or similar design tools.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
Support teams in visualizing the final user experience before development begins.

-Collaboration with Development Teams
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
Provide clear design specifications and assets during development handover.
Ensure the designs are practical and feasible for implementation.

-Usability & Design Improvements
Improve usability and interaction design while maintaining the intended functional flow.
Contribute ideas to enhance overall user experience and interface clarity.

-Design Consistency
Follow established UI standards and design guidelines.
Maintain organized design files and documentation for team collaboration.

Requirements

-4–6 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
-Strong proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
-Experience in UI design, prototyping, and responsive design.
-Good understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
-Experience designing responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile devices.
-Basic understanding of HTML and CSS concepts to ensure design feasibility.
-Ability to communicate design ideas clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects across web or mobile applications.

Good to Have

-Experience working in Agile development environments
-Exposure to usability testing or user feedback analysis
-Experience working on enterprise applications or digital platforms

Education
-Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Design, or related field
