Executive - Human Resources
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience, primarily in Recruitment (70%), along with exposure to HR Operations and Talent Management (30%). The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end hiring while supporting core HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Recruitment (70%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback.
Manage offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment tracker and MIS reports.
Ensure positive candidate experience

Support onboarding and documentation process.
