Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Probationary Engineer at Paradigm IT Private Limited in Kochi. The Probationary Engineer will be responsible for tasks related to structural design, concrete reinforcement detailing, structural steel detailing, BIM services, and pre-construction CAD services. The role involves collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality engineering solutions and support client projects.

# Salary : 22000/-(CTC)
# Probation Period : 6 Months
# Site Engineers are not encouraged to apply for the position.

Qualifications : Diploma/BTech/MTech

Duties and Responsibilities

Demonstrate suitability for the role by showcasing technical competence, adaptability, work ethic, and adherence to company standards while proactively learning from senior staff on software usage, working concepts, and procedures, necessary for the work assigned. Gain a thorough understanding of job responsibilities and expectations.

1. Attend all training sessions and take thorough notes and document for future use.
2. Notes shall be taken while attending training videos, whether internal or external, paraphrase the content to TL and document it to eliminate the need to revisiting the videos.
3. Clarify any doubts during or after sessions, noting down any questions and seeking clarification
4. Follow instructions meticulously and complete assigned tasks within the allotted time.
5. Notify TL immediately if tasks are completed early or if any challenges arise.
6.Before beginning any task, ensure complete understanding of the task, concepts, procedures,
7. standards, and timelines. Confirm understanding by paraphrasing to the Trainer.
8. Report any issues related to work, software, or hardware to the TL promptly. Log IT-related issues in the IT complaint register after informing the TL.
9. Strive to complete tasks accurately the first time, avoiding rework, and self-check work against
10. Make corrections based on TL feedback.
11. Actively participate in company activities and adhere to all organizational rules, regulations, and
12. Uphold confidentiality agreements made at the time of joining.
13.Follow all company guidelines and maintain high ethical standards in all actions.
