The AI Technical Lead is responsible for defining and owning end-to-end GenAI solution architecture across model, orchestration, integration, and UI layers.

The role bridges business needs with advanced AI capabilities to deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-compliant AI solutions.

This role requires strong hands-on leadership in LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and cloud-native AI architectures, with accountability for architectural decisions, technology selection, and delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities

Own and define end-to-end GenAI architecture (models, embeddings, orchestration, integrations).

Evaluate and select LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source) based on accuracy, latency, cost, and compliance.

Design AI pipelines and RAG architectures including ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, and prompt orchestration.

Architect agent-based and workflow-driven systems, including tool calling and multi-agent coordination.

Ensure enterprise security, privacy, compliance, auditability, and data residency requirements.

Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, review designs, and drive solutions to production.
