Senior .NET/ .NET Core Developer (Exp: 6+ Years)

We are looking for a Senior .NET / .NET Core Developer to design and develop software solutions, oversee project execution, support and guide development teams, and collaborate with clients to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a .NET development team and oversee project workflows
2. Manage client interactions, including requirement gathering, clarifications, demos, and status updates
3. Translate client expectations into clear technical tasks for the team
4. Design and develop applications using .NET / .NET Core
5. Develop and optimize Web APIs and ensure smooth integration with front-end applications
6. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
7. Collaborate with QA, UI/UX, and product teams throughout the SDLC
8. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution
9. Work with MSSQL/MySQL and write efficient, optimized queries
10. Prepare clear technical documentation and project reports

Requirements:

1. 6+ years of experience working with C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core
2. Proven experience leading small teams or development modules
3. Strong knowledge of Web API development and Entity Framework
4. Excellent communication and client-handling skills
5. Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean coding principles
6. Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and delivery quality
7. Knowledge of Angular is an added advantage
