We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive strategic growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence across global markets. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that support revenue growth and long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute long-term strategic goals to strengthen market presence.
Build, nurture, and expand relationships with key customers and prospects.
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across target markets.
Work closely with internal teams to maximize sales potential and achieve revenue targets.
Develop customized presentations and proposals aligned with client needs.
Drive proactive outreach through networking, cold calling, and digital prospecting.
Create persuasive approaches and strategies to secure potential client engagements.
Maintain strong client rapport while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Present new products and services to enhance existing client relationships.
Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and support ongoing account growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Business Development & Sales Expertise
Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT/ITeS industry.
Strong outbound sales background with hands-on lead generation and prospecting.
Competency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and achieving targets.
Market & Domain Knowledge
Understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and company offerings.
Ability to identify unique selling points and differentiators.
Experience in international sales and marketing (mandatory).
Preferred exposure to ANZ and APAC regions.
Communication & Relationship Management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Full professional proficiency in English .
Additional Capabilities
Ability to mentor or train internal teams in business development practices.
Strong professional presence and commitment to representing the company positively.
