Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team and help shape meaningful digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX design process including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and user journeys.
Create clear wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, interaction flows, and design systems.
Conduct user research and data analysis to validate ideas and improve user experience.
Ensure consistency in design across products and follow industry best practices.
Guide and mentor junior designers and contribute to UX strategy and processes.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design work.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
