Business Development Executive
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be employed by Cabot Technology Solutions and work closely with Fine art Design Agency, Cabot’s creative division, to drive growth for design-led digital modernization services.
The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect design outcomes with business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and qualify opportunities for:
o UI/UX & Product Design
o Website Revamps & CMS Platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Headless)
o Branding & Digital Marketing
• Generate leads via:
o LinkedIn & outbound outreach
o Email campaigns
o Website & inbound inquiries
o Events, partnerships, and referrals
• Research target accounts and decision-makers (CXOs, CMOs, Heads of Marketing/Product)
Sales & Client Engagement
• Conduct discovery calls to understand:
o Business goals and challenges
o Current digital experience gaps
o Design, branding, and marketing needs
• Position Fineart’s services as strategic business enablers, not isolated design deliverables
• Collaborate with Cabot teams where technology, AI, or engineering support is required
Proposal & Pipeline Management
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare:
o Proposals, scopes, and timelines
o Pricing and engagement models
• Drive structured follow-ups to move deals across sales stages
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Pipedrive / HubSpot / Zoho)
Relationship Management & Handover
• Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across:
o Fineart Design Agency services
o Cabot Technology Solutions offerings
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery teams
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
• Solid experience in Business Development / Sales (Digital agency, IT services, or SaaS)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• High-level understanding of:
o UI/UX & website design
o Branding & digital marketing
• Experience with outbound prospecting and CRM-driven sales
Good-to-Have
• Experience selling design-led or technology services
• Exposure to international clients (US, Canada, UK, Middle East)
• Familiarity with structured proposals and pricing discussions
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation
