Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate should have a basic to good understanding of IT services and a strong interest in sales, client interaction, and business growth.
This role is ideal for freshers or early professionals who want to build a career in IT sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and meetings
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Promote and sell services including:
Website Development
Mobile App Development
Digital Marketing Services (SEO, SMM, PPC, etc.)
ERP & CRM Solutions
Messaging & Automation Services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for project execution
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Knowledge
Basic knowledge of IT services such as:
Web & Mobile App Development
Digital Marketing
ERP / CRM Solutions
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand customer needs and explain technical solutions in a simple manner
Strong convincing and follow-up skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Qualifications
Any graduate (MBA / BBA / B.Com / B.Tech or related fields preferred)
0–2 years of experience in IT sales, digital marketing sales, or software sales (experience is an added advantage)
Freshers with strong interest in IT sales are welcome to apply
