Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and integrating Zoho applications. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, automate processes, and deliver scalable Zoho-based solutions. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, client-focused, and capable of managing tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities
*Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, blueprints, and validation rules
*Develop, test, and maintain Deluge scripts for automation, integrations, and business logic
*Design and implement efficient workflows to streamline business processes
*Work with Zoho Books for accounting integrations and data synchronization
*Perform third-party and API integrations using REST APIs and webhooks
*Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and manage expectations
*Allocate and manage tasks effectively to ensure timely project delivery
*Prepare technical documentation and provide post-implementation support
*Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and implement enhancements

Skills & Requirements

*2–4 years of experience as a Zoho Developer
*Strong expertise in Zoho CRM customization and administration
*Proficient in Deluge scripting
*Ability to create and optimize workflows and automation efficiently
*Good working knowledge of Zoho Books
*Hands-on experience in third-party integrations
*Solid understanding of API integrations, REST APIs, and webhooks
*Strong client management and communication skills
*Effective task allocation and time management abilities
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, or Zoho Analytics
Zoho certification is an added advantage
Experience working in IT services or client-facing environments
