Finance Analyst (Internal Quality & Audit)

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and review ERP financial modules for accuracy and compliance.
Validate financial workflows, controls, and reports within the ERP system.
Coordinate with product and development teams to identify gaps and improvements in the ERP finance module.
Perform internal audits of company finance processes and transactions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and SOPs.
Review financial data, system configurations, and controls for correctness.
Prepare audit findings, observations, and corrective action recommendations.
Support testing, documentation, and quality assurance of ERP financial features.
Assist management with financial analysis, MIS, and audit readiness.
Support external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and financial data.
Effective communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in finance, internal audit, or quality assurance (software/IT preferred).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal control systems.
Experience working with ERP software and financial modules.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
