Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to handle IT services sales, client communication, and relationship management. This role is target-driven and ideal for candidates who enjoy sales discussions and client interaction.
Responsibilities
• Generate leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and social media
• Handle inbound/outbound client communication
• Understand client needs and propose suitable IT solutions (websites, apps, digital services)
• Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, and close deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client communication
• Track leads and client updates using CRM or Excel
Requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Sales-focused mindset with target orientation
• Basic understanding of websites and IT services
• Ability to explain solutions to non-technical clients
• Fluent in English & Malayalam
Qualification & Experience
• Any Bachelor’s degree
• 6 months – 1 year experience in sales / CRE / IT services
Location
• Infopark, Thrissur, Kerala (relocation required)
