Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 years in recruitment, with exposure to hiring in technical and
creative domains.
Preferred Experience: UAE market knowledge
Job Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
o Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles.
o Define job descriptions, prepare interview questions, and ensure timely feedback to
candidates.
2. Candidate Sourcing:
o Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals to identify top
talent.
o Build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
3. Screening & Selection:
o Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
o Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth
communication.
4. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
o Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and hiring
priorities.
o Provide insights and guidance on market trends and competitive compensation
packages.
5. Compliance & Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
o Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports to track progress and performance
metrics.
6. Market Research:
o Continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive
market.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience:
o At least 1.5 years of experience as a recruiter with a focus on hiring for technical and
creative roles.
o Previous recruitment experience in the UAE or Middle East is strongly preferred.
3. Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as
LinkedIn Recruiter.
o Familiarity with sourcing techniques for both creative and technical profiles.
4. Soft Skills:
o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
