Digital Marketing and WEB Specialist | SEO, Social Media, WordPress | Kochi

Job Overview

We are hiring a Web & Digital Marketing Specialist for our Kochi (Infopark) office. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on SEO, website management, social media marketing, and digital content creation.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating digital marketing content for US-based customers, managing company websites in WordPress, and handling business social media accounts. Experience creating marketing content for US trade shows or international events is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

 SEO & Website Management
 Manage and update company websites using WordPress
 Implement on-page SEO including keyword optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and content updates
 Monitor website traffic and SEO performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
 Coordinate with developers for basic HTML/CSS changes and SEO improvements
 Ensure website content is optimized for US and international audiences
 Digital Marketing & Social Media
 Manage and grow company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
 Create, schedule, and publish social media posts and campaigns
 Develop monthly content calendars and marketing plans
 Track social media performance and engagement metrics
 Ensure messaging and creatives align with US customer expectations
 Content Creation & Design
 Create digital marketing creatives such as banners, posters, ads, and short videos
 Design content using Canva or similar design tools
 Assist in writing website content, blog posts, emailers, and marketing copy

 Prepare marketing materials for trade shows, exhibitions, and events in the USA (preferred)

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Web Marketing
 Strong knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
 Hands-on experience with WordPress
 Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS
 Experience managing business social media pages
 Ability to create digital creatives using Canva or similar tools
 Strong written and spoken English communication
 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
 Preferred Skills (Keywords that Improve Matching)
 Experience with US market / international clients
 Trade show marketing or event marketing experience (USA preferred)
 Exposure to B2B marketing, SaaS marketing, or IT services marketing
 Basic understanding of Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads (not mandatory)

Job Type & Compensation
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
