QA Lead / Sr. QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA ENgineer / QA Lead who can independently handle and lead all testing activities. The candidate should be hands-on, quality-focused, and capable of owning end-to-end QA for web-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the testing team and coordinate all QA activities
• Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities in a timely manner
• Perform manual testing including functional, regression, and system testing
• Design and maintain automation test scripts
• Plan test cases, test scenarios, and ensure proper test coverage
• Coordinate with developers and product teams on quality and defects
• Provide clear test status updates and support release sign-off
Required Skills
• 5–7 years of experience in software testing
• Strong knowledge of Manual and Automation Testing
• Experience in Web Application Testing
• Good understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile process
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Experience in testing
• Prior experience in testing booking engine applications/Accounting / Finance modules will be a plus
Shift Timing
• Dubai Shift (11:00AM to 8:00PM)
Commitment Period
• 2 years
