AI Expert / Vibe Coding Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced AI Expert / Vibe Coding Specialist with 6+ years of hands-on experience in building intelligent, scalable, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should combine strong AI/ML expertise with vibe coding—writing intuitive, expressive, efficient, and user-focused code that aligns technology with product vision and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications
• Build and optimize LLM-based solutions, prompt engineering, and AI workflows
• Implement vibe coding principles to create clean, expressive, maintainable, and user-centric code
• Integrate AI features into web/mobile applications and backend systems
• Develop intelligent automation, recommendation systems, chatbots, or analytics solutions
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate ideas into AI-powered features
• Optimize model performance, scalability, latency, and cost
• Ensure data security, privacy, and ethical AI practices
• Mentor junior developers and review code for quality and best practices
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML development and software engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory); experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Expertise in prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and AI agents
• Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Ability to write clean, intuitive, and expressive code (vibe coding mindset)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
