Technical Project Manager

Job Description: Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee multiple concurrent projects across different vendors and internal teams
Understand project scope, objectives, deliverables, and overall technical approach
Actively track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
Lead and participate in technical discussions with development teams, vendors, and architects as required
Ensure strong coordination and alignment between vendors, internal resources, and stakeholders
Maintain tight control over project schedules, budgets, quality, and deliverables
Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and metrics to customers and stakeholders
Report project progress, risks, and outcomes to customer stakeholders and internal leadership
Conduct regular project review meetings, governance calls, and manage escalations effectively
Support resource planning, onboarding, and issue resolution when needed

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Technical Project Management
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Ability to engage confidently in technical conversations with engineering teams and vendors
Proven experience managing multi-vendor and cross-functional projects
Strong risk management, issue tracking, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing reporting
Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Zoho Projects (or similar tools like JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certification
Experience working on cloud, data, AI, or enterprise application projects
