Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of
intelligent agents and automation solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building
sophisticated AI "Copilots" using Microsoft Copilot Studio, while leveraging the Power Platform
(Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse) to create seamless, end-to-end business solutions.
The ideal candidate bridges the gap between generative AI capabilities and practical business
automation, ensuring our AI agents are not just conversational, but action-oriented.

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities
• AI Agent Development: Design and configure conversational agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, entities, variables, and generative AI features (RAG - RetrievalAugmented Generation).
• Workflow Automation: Build complex Power Automate cloud flows to trigger actions from Copilot Studio, integrating with enterprise systems (SharePoint, SQL, ServiceNow, etc.).
• App Integration: Develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) that embed or interact with AI agents to enhance user experience.
• Custom Connectors: Create and manage custom APIs and connectors to link the AI ecosystem with non-standard internal or third-party data sources.
• Prompt Engineering: Optimize system prompts and instructions to ensure AI accuracy, tone, and security compliance.
• Governance & Security: Implement AI solutions following Responsible AI principles, ensuring data privacy and proper authentication (OAuth/Entra ID).
• Testing & Optimization: Use built-in analytics and user feedback to refine bot performance, reduce fallback rates, and improve response accuracy.
• Adhere to ISMS policies and procedures

Job Specification / Skills and Competencies
• Copilot Studio Mastery: Proven experience building agents with complex logic, multi-turn conversations, and generative answers.
• Power Platform Expertise: Strong proficiency in Power Automate (logic, expressions, data operations) and Power Apps.
• Data Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and integrating with Microsoft 365 services (Graph API, SharePoint).
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), JSON, and REST APIs.
• Problem Solving: Ability to translate vague business requirements into structured AI conversation flows and automated logic.

o Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
o Microsoft Applied Skills: Create agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio
