International Telesales Intern
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Telesales Intern with 0–6 months of telesales experience, preferably in international or cross-border markets. The role involves selling products or services over the phone to international clients, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls to international prospects and clients.
Promote and sell company products/services to global customers.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle objections, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, conversations, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Coordinate with marketing, support, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
0–6 months of telesales experience, preferably handling international clients.
Strong command of spoken and written English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
