We are looking for ServiceNow Functional Consultant Responsible for requirement gathering, process consulting, and functional solution support for ServiceNow implementations.

Location: Trivandrum or Cochin or Remote
Experience: 4–9+ years


Key Responsibilities
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and define process flows
• Write BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support solution validation and UAT execution
• Align design with ITIL and organizational workflows
• Maintain documentation for processes and platform usage
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and business SMEs
Required Skills
• Strong ITSM/ITIL functional knowledge
• Experience in Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request Management
• Familiarity with Service Portal and dashboards
Preferred Certifications
• CSA / CIS – Preferred
• ITIL V3/V4 – Advantage
Soft Skills
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Strong communication and documentation capabilities
