ServiceNow Architect / Associate Architect

We are looking for an Associate Architect who owns the ServiceNow platform vision and architecture ensuring scalable, secure, and well-designed enterprise solutions.
Location: Trivandrum or Cochin or Remote
Experience: 8–15+ years

Key Responsibilities
• Define platform architecture, governance, and technical roadmaps
• Design integrations, data models, ACLs, and RBAC structures
• Prepare HLD, LLD, and solution design documents
• Lead technical delivery teams and enforce development standards
• Support pre-sales and complex solution proposal creation
• Manage platform performance, upgrades, and compliance
• Advise on CMDB, Discovery, and automation strategies
Required Skills
• Expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD)
• Strong scripting, integration, and architectural pattern knowledge
• Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
Preferred Certifications
• CSA & CIS certifications required preference
• CAD & CTA – Advantage
• ITIL Certification – Preferred
Soft Skills
• Executive communication and stakeholder leadership
