QA Engineer (Exp: 0 - 2 Yrs)

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented QA / Software Testing professionals to join our quality assurance team. This offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working on real-world applications in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute test cases and report defects to ensure the quality of software applications
2. Contribute to test planning activities, including test strategy and test plan creation
3. Perform regression testing to identify and address potential issues
4. Utilize defect tracking tools to report, track, and manage software issues
5. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of test cases and test results
6. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication of testing requirements
7. Support automation testing using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
8. Assist in load and performance testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6
9. Work independently on assigned tasks while contributing actively in a collaborative team environment

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
2. Must have completed formal training programs in Software Testing (manual, automation, and load testing)
3. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and testing methodologies
4. Hands-on exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
5. Familiarity with load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, k6)
6. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
7. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
8. Good verbal and written communication skills
