Functional Consultant-Trainee

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic B.Com or M.Com graduates with strong communication and analytical skills to join our team as Functional Consultant Trainees. The selected candidates will undergo structured training on Odoo ERP functional modules (such as Accounting, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and HRMS) and will be involved in real-time ERP implementation projects under the guidance of senior consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in training programs to gain a deep understanding of Odoo ERP functional modules and business workflows.
Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting client requirements.
Support in configuring Odoo modules as per business processes.
Collaborate with the technical and development teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
Conduct testing, user training, and post-implementation support under supervision.
Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination.
Required Qualifications:

Educational Background: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Commerce or related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and business process understanding.
Technical Awareness: Basic computer literacy and interest in ERP systems/business software.
