Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation :
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Qualify leads based on their needs and potential.

Sales Calls & Client Engagement :
Conduct international & domestic sales calls to understand client requirements, present product solutions, and nurture relationships throughout the pre-sales phase.

Market & Competitor Research :
Monitor industry trends and competitor products to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Team Collaboration :
Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary resources and support in closing deals.

CRM Management :
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).

Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored support to ensure a positive experience.
Understanding of sales processes and ability to assist in deal closure and customer negotiations.
Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
Ability to deliver clear, concise, and compelling product demos and presentations to clients.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or sales administration is preferred.
Familiarity with the stages of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, is important.
0-2 years of experience preferred.
