Business Development Manager (IT Sales, 7+ yrs)

ThoughtMinds is a global leader in delivering advanced solutions in Generative AI, LLM technologies, and digital transformation services. We're growing rapidly and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across India, the Middle East, and the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Drive end-to-end enterprise sales lifecycle – from prospecting to deal closure.

Acquire and grow enterprise accounts across India, the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Muscat, KSA), and ideally the United States.

Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.

Lead complex contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and master service agreements.

Collaborate closely with internal teams: delivery, recruitment, marketing, and technical to ensure client success.

Represent ThoughtMinds at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing business development team.

Maintain accurate data and reporting via CRM tools.

Consistently achieve and exceed targets for revenue, meetings, and account acquisition.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BTech preferred) in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

6+ years of proven experience in business development/sales in the IT services or technology staffing industry.

Demonstrated success in acquiring enterprise accounts and driving multi-million-dollar revenue.

Strong knowledge of Time & Material, staff augmentation, and managed services models.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic relationship-building skills.

Hands-on experience using CRM platforms and thriving in target-driven environments.

Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record in US market sales is a major advantage.

Well-established network across India, Middle East, and/or US IT ecosystems.

Experience managing cross-border sales teams.

Exposure to AI/ML, Cloud, or digital transformation solutions is a plus.
