SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
2. Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including keyword research, link building, and content recommendations.
3. Work closely with the creative designer in the Indian office to ensure website content and visual elements are optimized for SEO.
4. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team in the UK office to align SEO campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
5. Track, monitor, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
6. Stay updated with the latest search engine trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
7. Optimize landing pages and travel-related content for improved visibility and lead generation.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
3. Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
4. Solid understanding of on-page, off-page SEO, and technical SEO concepts.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-border teams (UK Sales & Marketing) and local team members.
6. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
7. Knowledge of the travel/tourism industry is an added advantage.


Shift Timing: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Working Days: Monday to Saturday (No remote work available).
