Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inbound Sales Executive with strong expertise in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, converting leads into qualified opportunities, and closing deals while building long-term client relationships. This role requires excellent communication, a strong understanding of IT service offerings, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
*Handle inbound sales inquiries from potential customers and respond promptly with accurate information.
*Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and successfully close sales for IT services.
*Understand client requirements, identify pain points, and propose suitable IT service solutions.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-up via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
*Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service handover.
*Proactively engage in outbound prospecting to generate additional leads and sales opportunities (optional)
Required Skills & Experience
*2-7 years of proven experience in inbound sales, lead conversion, and client engagement within the IT services domain.
*Strong knowledge of IT services, digital solutions, or software development offerings.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
*Proficiency in CRM tools and sales productivity software.
*Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
*Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications
*Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
*Knowledge of the latest trends in cloud services, managed IT services, or digital transformation solutions.
