Personal Assistant to CEO(Exp:4+years)
Responsibilities
*Calendar & Schedule Management:
*Coordinate and manage the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, internal reviews, and travel schedules efficiently and accurately.
*Communication & Correspondence:
Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, and documents on behalf of the CEO. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain professional
communication standards.
*Meeting Preparation & Coordination:
*Organize internal and external meetings, prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and track action items.
*Cross-functional Liaison:
Act as a bridge between the CEO and various departments, clients, and external partners to ensure clear communication and follow-
through on key initiatives.
*Project & Task Management:
Assist in tracking projects and support research and decision-making material preparation.
*Travel & Logistics:
Arrange complex travel itineraries and logistics — including flights, accommodation, and meeting coordination across different time
zones.
*Discretion & Confidentiality:
Maintain a high degree of professionalism in handling sensitive information, executive files, and strategic plans.
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is
preferred.
*Proven experience as an Accounts/Finance lead or in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years.
*In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
*High level of integrity and confidentiality.
