Business Development Executive( Exp: 4+years)
Responsibilities
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international IT service markets.
*Build and maintain a strong pipeline through research, outbound outreach, referrals, and market networking.
*Engage with decision-makers (CXO/VP/Director level) to position the company’s capabilities and offerings.
*Establish and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
*Understand client needs, propose tailored IT service solutions, and facilitate timely follow-ups.
*Conduct client presentations, capability demos, and discussions to build trust and confidence.
*Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create proposals, RFIs, RFPs, SoWs, and pitch decks.
*Create compelling value propositions based on client pain points and business objectives.
*Provide support in estimation, solutioning, pricing strategy, and proposal submission.
*Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving technology landscapes.
*Provide feedback to leadership and marketing teams on client preferences and new service opportunities.
*Track sales activities and conversion metrics using CRM tools.
*Ensure timely updates, reporting, and documentation of client communications and pipeline stages.
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/IT/Business); MBA preferred.
*4+ years of experience in business development and pre-sales in the IT services sector.
*Strong understanding of IT services including application development, digital transformation, cloud, or managed services.
*Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
*Proven experience in proposal writing, client demos, and consultative selling.
*Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
