Business Development Executive
As we enter a new phase of growth, we’re looking for a Business Developer to help us generate new leads, grow our client base, and build long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do
⁜ Identify and engage with potential clients and partners globally
⁜ Promote both our project-based services and dedicated developer rentals
⁜ Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate B2B leads
⁜ Represent Phases in sales calls, pitches, and proposals
⁜ Work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to align strategy
⁜ Maintain and grow a qualified pipeline in a CRM system
⁜ Stay informed about market trends in web development, outsourcing, and digital services
What We're Looking For
⁜ Based in India or Asia, fluent in English (spoken and written)
⁜ 2+ years of experience in B2B business development, ideally in web, SaaS, or digital services
⁜ Familiarity with developer outsourcing, staff augmentation, or IT services
⁜ A natural relationship builder who’s proactive and goal-oriented
⁜ Ability to communicate technical services clearly to non-technical clients
⁜ Experience with CRM tools and remote collaboration
