UI/UX Designer

Designation - UI/UX Designer
Experience - 2+ years

Key Responsibilities:
● Design and implement UI/UX solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
● Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
● Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine designs.
● Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX elements.
● Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and brand consistency.
● Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
● Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.

Requirements:
● Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
● Strong understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
● Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design.
● Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus).
● Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
● Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX projects.
